The other name of the Gandhi Ashram, the Anasakti Ashram is the location where Mahatma Gandhi lodged during the time he wrote the “Anasakti Yoga” which is generally exposed as the gospel of altruistic action and is believed as the one work of Mahatma Gandhi’s premium legendary works. The Ashram accommodates a museum that contains Mahatma Gandhi’s photographs and his writings. The place has converted into a research-cum-study centre for its visitors.
One portion of the museum has accommodation facility available with 24 rooms. Tourists who stay here offered to access the library and kitchen of the museum. The museum has become a very popular attraction to the visitors due to its historical connections with the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
